Moving Rooms

As your child grows so do their developmental needs, and we fully support them in their transition to the next room to make the change as seamless as possible.

As your child grows so do their developmental needs, and we fully support them in their transition to the next room to make the change as seamless as possible.

As they approach the time they are ready to make this transition, we will discuss these next steps and what it will look like.

Your child will visit their new room with their key person and explore their new environment, meet the children and new staff.

Your child will have the opportunity to visit their new room and these visits will last longer each time. You as the parent/carer will be invited to view their new room and meet the new room staff and your child’s new key person.

Your child’s current key person will meet with their new key person and pass over all the information regarding your child and their routine, developmental progress and what makes them so unique as well as their likes and dislikes.

Our transitions are subject to age and development.

Baby-room transitions – at 2 years old or before/after depending on development

Playroom – at 3 years old or before/after depending on transitions
